Third Party Information Requests

Ag-Quest can provide verbal and written employment verification for current and past staff members to third parties. To request employment verification, third parties must submit a request for employment verification in the form of a written email.

• Do not include html attachments or links as they will not be opened.
• Include a signed consent letter or release form from the current or past Ag-Quest staff member, allowing confirmation of current or previous employment to the email request.
• The consent or release must include either a document with a wet signature, dated within the last 6 months and attached as a pdf, or a DocuSign electronic release.
